Are you a Tenant who has thought of Buying your own RENTED HOME?

We can work with you, the Tenant, to review the exact things you need to do to qualify to purchase your Home, within 2 years. This analysis includes monthly payments and other debts in your life which you must manage. If a Tenant is still unable to qualify after 2 years, we can have the lease renewable so that further time is available to fix your situation. If Tenants have done everything we have specified and are still unable to qualify, then we can do owner financing to ensure that Tenants will get the property.

The minimum Down Payment is 3%. Alternatively, we can take Tenant Handyman skills in a promissory note to fix certain things about the property, and improve the value. The only option for no money down, is a 4 year Lease, with high payments to accumulate a Down Payment
